By accessing or using Leadership Mirror ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform. Leadership Mirror is operated by Tony Rodriguez under The Art of Leadership brand.
Leadership Mirror is a leadership assessment and development platform. It allows registered leaders ("Leaders") to collect anonymous 360-degree feedback from their team members ("Respondents"), view aggregated results, access AI-powered coaching, write and share action plans, and track growth over time through re-assessment cycles.
You must create an account to access Leader features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your information as necessary.
Leadership Mirror is built on a foundation of anonymity. Respondents who complete assessments are never identified to the Leader by name. No personally identifiable information about Respondents is stored or shared with Leaders. Leaders receive only aggregated scores and anonymized feedback.
By submitting an assessment as a Respondent, you acknowledge that your responses will be aggregated with other responses and provided to the Leader in anonymized form. You will not be individually identified.
The Live Meeting Coach feature (available to Top Tier members) uses your device's microphone to capture speech during meetings. No audio is recorded or stored. The spoken content is converted to text in real time by your browser's built-in speech recognition engine, and only the resulting text transcript is sent to our AI service for analysis. The transcript is used solely to generate coaching feedback and is not retained after the session ends.
By using the Live Meeting Coach, you represent that you have obtained any necessary consent from other meeting participants as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Recording or monitoring laws vary by location. You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws regarding the use of this feature.
Leadership Mirror offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid memberships are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

The Leadership Mirror platform, its design, and the underlying Art of Leadership framework are the intellectual property of Tony Rodriguez. The 4-pillar framework, 21 leadership components, and associated coaching content are proprietary and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through use of the Platform. Leadership development outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadership Mirror and Tony Rodriguez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
