Leadership Mirror ("we," "our," or "the Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. Leadership Mirror is operated by Tony Rodriguez under The Art of Leadership brand.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Leader Accounts

When you register as a Leader, we collect:

• Your name and email address (via Manus OAuth login)
• Your organization name and job title (optional, provided by you)
• Your assessment responses and scores
• Your self-assessment scores and action plans
• Your respondent email list (names and email addresses you provide)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

2b. Respondents (Team Members)

When a team member completes an assessment, we collect their 48 question responses. We do not collect their name, email address, or any other identifying information. A temporary anonymous session token is used solely to prevent duplicate submissions and is not linked to any personal identity.

2c. Live Meeting Coach

When you use the Live Meeting Coach feature, your browser's built-in speech recognition converts speech to text in real time. We do not record, store, or transmit audio. Only the resulting text transcript is sent to our AI service for analysis. Transcripts are used to generate coaching feedback and are not retained after the session ends.

2d. Waitlist

If you join our waitlist via the Coming Soon page, we collect your email address, optional name, and optional source (how you heard about Leadership Mirror). This information is used only to notify you when the platform launches and to send you a launch offer.

2e. Usage Data

We collect anonymized analytics data (page views, session duration) via Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track users across sites.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Leadership Mirror platform
• To calculate and display your leadership assessment scores
• To generate AI coaching recommendations based on your results
• To send your action plan to your respondents (only when you explicitly choose to send it)
• To send re-assessment invitations to your respondent list (only when you launch a cycle)
• To process payments via Stripe
• To notify you of important platform updates
• To notify Tony Rodriguez of new signups, inquiries, and waitlist joins

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.
• Manus — the platform infrastructure provider that hosts Leadership Mirror. Manus processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
• AI Service — anonymized text transcripts from the Live Meeting Coach and anonymized assessment context for coaching responses. No personally identifiable information is included.

5. Anonymity Guarantee

The anonymity of Respondents is a core design principle of Leadership Mirror, not an afterthought. Individual assessment responses are never displayed to Leaders. Leaders see only aggregated pillar scores and component averages calculated across all responses. There is no mechanism in the Platform that allows a Leader to identify which specific team member gave which response.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal information will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized assessment response data (with no connection to your identity) may be retained for platform improvement purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. Cookies

Leadership Mirror uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is essential for the Platform to function and is not used for advertising or tracking purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

Leadership Mirror is intended for use by professionals in workplace settings. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
